Registration and Payment

To secure your place, please complete the booking form and make full payment via BACS transfer before the course begins. Payment details will be provided upon registration. 

For lessons held at other locations (your home or workplace), an additional fee may apply, which will be agreed upon in advance.

Refunds and Missed Sessions

While I am unable to offer refunds for missed sessions, I will do my best to accommodate rescheduling requests for individual lessons with at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions missed without prior notice cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

Group sessions cannot be rescheduled, but all relevant materials will be provided to ensure you can continue learning.

Lessons – Creating a Comfortable Learning Space
Lessons are typically held at my home unless otherwise agreed. I kindly ask that you respect the space when lessons take place at my home. 

If lessons take place at your home or workplace, please ensure the environment is suitable for learning, with minimal distractions and enough space for all participants in group sessions. Everyone is expected to arrive on time, and I will strictly adhere to the scheduled time.
